• When downloading a PDF catalog of our products and services:
  • Email, name and company name (optional) is added to our newsletter list. You may opt out at any time.
• When opting in for our newsletter:
  • Email, name. You may opt out at any time.
• Credit card information entered online when placing an order:
  • We do not see or store full credit card information, nor does it touch our servers.
  • Card payments and refunds are collected and processed by Authorize.net, PayPal, or Apple Pay.
• Credit card information supplied over the phone:
  • In some cases, a customer may elect to pay by phone.
  • After processing of a card supplied over the phone, we do not store the full card details in our website database.

We only use your personal information to conduct normal business including creating and maintaining an account with us, completing your transactions, shipping your purchases, fulfilling customer service requests, communicating our sales and promotions, contacting you regarding updates to our company policies, and evaluating analytics to see how our customers engage with tiedyewholesaler.com.

  • A small amount of account information is also stored in an encrypted customer account cookie using proven Microsoft asp.net core security protocols.
  • We do not store credit card information.

  • Our website uses full time encryption (TLS 1.2+) using a dedicated SSL certificate.
  • Older legacy browsers are not supported for security reasons.
  • Additional layers of encryption are used for account authentication.
• We use the following cookies:
  • Customer Account ID when signed in (encrypted)
  • Current Temp Order ID (encrypted)
  • Third party cookies created by google analytics

Length of time personal information is stored

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice.  We may archive accounts that have become inactive. If you would like to permanently delete your account you can contact us at sales@tiedyewholesaler.com.  Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account information from our active databases.  However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, maintain historical order records and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

Information Sharing

We do not resell your information to third parties.  We may share your information with third party affiliates that Tie Dye Wholesaler has vetted and created a partnership with to run normal business operations.  The only reason we will share your information with affiliates is for the following purposes:
