Returns, Damaged Goods & Tie Dye Disclaimer
We are mostly a make to order business and consider all sales final. On a very limited basis, returns may be allowed with prior authorization. Refunds will not include original shipping charges and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Customer will be responsible for return freight costs. INSPECTION OF YOUR ORDER PRIOR TO DECORATING IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY DECORATED MATERIALS.
Damaged Goods, Incorrect Goods or Shortages
All damaged goods, incorrect goods or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Exchanged or reworked goods will be shipped via UPS Ground. Customer will be responsible for paying the difference between Ground shipping and any accelerated shipping method requested by customer for reworked order.
Tie Dye Disclaimer
Our unique hand-made tie-dye garments are like Montana snowflakes — no two are the same. Consequently, your tie-dye garments will be similar but not identical. Furthermore, dye lot variation is a natural part of the tie-dye process and is no way construed as a defective product.
